At 20 years, I have not forgotten Walter!

Walter David Bulacio was assassinated by agents of the Federal Police Argentina and became a landmark case against police brutality, leading to the Inter-American Court of Human Rights. Bulacio
was among the crowd of concert that the rock band Patricio Rey and Ricotta Redonditos offered on 19 April that year in the Estadio Obras Sanitarias de Buenos Aires. A raid staff of Section 35 th, at the time by the curator Miguel Angel Esposito. Bula was detained at the station and out of there the next morning, heading for the Hospital Pirovano. He was diagnosed with head injury and told the doctor who treated him being beaten by police. He died five days later, an autopsy found traces of beatings with blunt objects in limbs, torso and head.
At 20 years after his assassination, no convicted offenders

Many troops
laughing in the streets with their faces torn and the chrome

fenced roads you hear your tears falling ...

Our Slave

daily
to pure death, all gram.
