Walter David Bulacio was assassinated by agents of the Federal Police Argentina and became a landmark case against police brutality, leading to the Inter-American Court of Human Rights. Bulacio
was among the crowd of concert that the rock band Patricio Rey and Ricotta Redonditos offered on 19 April that year in the Estadio Obras Sanitarias de Buenos Aires.
